A Weekend Reset in New Buffalo, MI

We are escaping the city for a few days to refresh and re-inspire!
In collaboration with Inward, we will be spending a weekend moving, reflecting, sharing, and shaking off the stagnant winter energy.
We will be staying in a cozy Airbnb in South West Michigan 1.5 hours away from Chicago.
Tentative Schedule
Friday:
Arrive at 6 for Dinner followed by Group Activity + Slow Flow
Saturday:
9:30am Movement Class with Brittany
10:45am Brunch
11:45am- 3:30pm time to connect, journal, go for a walk, play!
Snack/lunch
3:30pm Movement Class
4:30-6:30pm Inward Circle + Journal with Anna
6:30pm Dinner
8pm Meditation
Sunday:
8:30am Movement Class with Brittany
9:30am Brunch
11am check out!
