Moving beyond

The Kinesphere

A third space where movement meets wellness, we blend strength, creativity, and mindful practices to help people build healthier bodies, release stress, and reconnect with joy. Through intentional classes and playful exploration, movement becomes more than exercise - here, it becomes the freedom to move beyond the obstacles life brings.

At The Kinesphere, we believe cross-training isn’t just for the body. Just as muscles grow stronger through exercise, the mind thrives when given space to expand, reset, and realign. Our approach nurtures both physical resilience and mental clarity, reminding us that when the mind is often pushed aside, we bring it back to center.

Meet our Founder

Brittany Latta McMahon,
The Kinesphere founder

Brittany Latta McMahon is the creative force behind The Kinesphere, a third space where movement meets wellness.

Brittany received her BA in Dance and Minor in Integrative Holistic Health & Wellness from Western Michigan University in 2016. This is where she first began exploring how the body, mind, and spirit communicate through movement. What started as a passion for artistic expression through dance evolved into a deeper understanding of how movement can be therapy. Movement is way to reconnect with ourselves in a world that constantly pulls us outward.

After years of performing, choreographing, and teaching within Chicago’s contemporary dance community, Brittany expanded her practice to include yoga, breathwork, and somatic awareness. This exploration has allowed her to recognize the importance of not only cross training your body, but also the importance of cross training your mind. Through whole-person wellness, she believes that true artistry and vitality begins in caring for ourselves.  Her teaching invites people to explore strength, freedom, and self-awareness through intentionality and grace with one’s self.

Brittany founded The Kinesphere to create a space where people have the opportunity to do all of this! They can cross-train both body and mind, bridge art and wellness, and rediscover joy through the practice of being fully present.
